Capture is the beginning

Keep the thought, not just the transcript.

Write a note, capture a conversation, return to the people involved. And when something needs doing, keep that task connected too.

Stay in the conversation. Keep a useful record.

Capture a meeting without inviting a recording bot. Revisit the summary and the original note when the details matter.

A small pilot, with room to learn

Morgan proposed a five-seat start and wanted to review the rollout stages before committing.

  • Keep the initial pilot small.
  • Review the two-week rollout outline.

Your knowledge graph

See how it all connects.

Meetings, notes, and ideas stay linked. Follow a topic across conversations, or ask a question that looks at the whole history, not just the last meeting.

How one week of conversations connectsHarbor, Morgan and Riley, three conversations, rollout risk, and a follow-up task. A kitchen note sits apart. One company, two people, three conversations. Everything they touched, in one place.

Work isn’t everything

A place for your ideas, not only your meetings.

A renovation note, something you learned, a thought you wrote down. Keep personal context alongside work without forcing it into a task list.

“Why did we decide to keep the kitchen layout?”

The call ruled out moving the plumbing. Your later design note kept the layout and changed the finishes instead.

Yours

You choose where every part lives.

Recording, transcription, summaries, and storage are separate choices on each device. Keep them on your Mac, send them to Grafite Cloud, or mix the two.

Processing is not the same as storage

A recording can be stored on your Mac while its transcript is sent to cloud AI. Keeping audio local does not mean keeping all conversation content local.

Ask availability, calendar connections and model requirements vary by setup. The local example is not the default Core preset.

A mixed setup

Local audio. Cloud intelligence and storage.

Recording storage This Mac
Transcription This Mac

Notes & transcripts Cloud storage
Ask Grafi Cloud
Calendar connection Optional · cloud

Audio stays on this Mac in this example. Transcript text is sent to cloud summarization and stored with your notes. These are different privacy choices.
