Questions
Does Grafite read my Slack messages?
No. Grafite only receives direct messages to the bot and @Grafite mentions. It has no access to your channels, threads, or message history.
What do I need to get started?
A Grafite account with a calendar connected, and permission to install apps in your Slack workspace. The whole setup takes about 30 seconds.
Is the Slack integration included in my plan?
The Slack integration (daily briefs, summaries, reminders) is included on all plans. The Ask Grafi feature in Slack requires a Pro subscription.
Can my teammates see my meeting notes?
Only if you explicitly share them to a team channel. By default, everything is delivered to your private DM with the Grafite bot.
Does this replace the Grafite web app?
No, Slack is a delivery and interaction layer. Your full notes, transcripts, rich editor, and CRM still live in Grafite. Slack gives you quick access and intelligence where you already work.
Can I use it with multiple workspaces?
Currently, Grafite supports one Slack workspace per account. Multi-workspace support is on our roadmap.
