Questions
What is Grafite Core vs Grafite Cloud?
Grafite Core is the on-device Mac app: recording, writing, and on-device transcription. Grafite Cloud is the hosted product: browser capture, cloud transcription, summaries, Ask Grafite, and other hosted features.
What happens when Professional launches?
The Free plan keeps recording, transcription, summaries, calendar sync, tasks, and people. Professional adds the features marked in the table above. Early adopters will be grandfathered into a number of features, and we strive to keep as much Core and Cloud functionality free as possible.
Will there be team or enterprise plans?
Yes. Enterprise is priced per user and adds forms, with shared workspaces and admin controls on the way. Reach out to support@grafite.io if you're interested.
How does pricing compare to other tools?
Most meeting recorders charge $20 to $30 a month for capture and cloud transcription. Grafite includes both in the Free plan.
Is Grafite free?
Yes. Everything is free during early access, with no credit card. Grafite Core stays free forever, and the Free plan continues after Professional launches.
Will Grafite Core always be free?
Yes. The on-device Grafite Core product stays free forever.
