The problem
Sound familiar?
Desktop app recommended
Fathom offers a web login and Zoom app, but recommends its desktop application for the full feature set. That adds friction for mobile and tablet use.
Limited mobile experience
While Fathom has a web version, in-person meetings, phone calls, and on-the-go captures work best with a tool built for any device from the start.
Missing the bigger picture
Fathom does meeting notes well but doesn't help with relationship tracking, task management, or long-term knowledge retrieval.
