The problem
Sound familiar?
Fellow requires team adoption
Fellow works best when your whole team is on it. Getting buy-in, managing licenses, and training everyone is a significant overhead.
Pricing scales with headcount
Per-seat pricing means the cost grows with your team. For individual professionals, it's expensive for what you use.
Templates are rigid
Fellow's structured approach can feel constraining. Not every meeting fits neatly into a predefined template.
The solution
How Grafite helps

Grafite is personal. You don't need anyone else to sign up. Record your meetings, get AI notes, and track your action items independently.
Free and individual
No per-seat pricing, no team licenses. Your account, your data, your cost: zero.
Flexible AI summaries
Customizable summary templates that adapt to your meeting type, without forcing a specific workflow on the whole team.
